How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?


Yes, we provide free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Will I receive tracking information?


Absolutely. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted fulfillment centers to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Your package may be shipped from different locations depending on stock availability.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Most orders arrive without additional fees, but depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties or VAT may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you contact us within 24 hours, we’ll do our best to update or cancel your order before it is shipped.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re sorry if that happens. Please send us photos of the item within a few days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I choose the right size?
