Return and exchange

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your package.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing hangtags cannot be accepted.

  • Personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, please register your request through our Return & Exchange Portal. Requests that are not submitted through the portal cannot be processed.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If you prefer, you may also choose store credit, which can be used immediately for a new order or for future purchases.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply:

  1. Register your request in the Return & Exchange Portal.

  2. Select “store credit” as your preferred option.

  3. Place a new order with your store credit.

This way, you’ll receive your new items as quickly as possible.


Shipping & Return Fees

We offer free shipping on most orders.
For returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This fee depends on your location and the size of the return, and may amount to up to 5% of the order value.


Unacceptable Returns

To ensure a smooth process, please note that we cannot accept returns if:

  • Items are worn, washed, stained, damaged, or carry strong scents such as perfume.

  • Hangtags are removed.

  • Returns are sent without using the label from our Return & Exchange Portal.

  • Items are not sent back in their original packaging.


Sale Items

Purchases made during special sales or promotions may only be eligible for store credit, not cash refunds. Please consider your selections carefully when purchasing discounted items.


Uncollected Parcels

If a package is not collected from a local pick-up point or cannot be delivered after repeated courier attempts, it will automatically be returned to us.
In such cases, we may resend your order after collecting a €25 reshipping fee. Please note that uncollected parcels cannot be treated as valid returns unless they are properly registered in our Return & Exchange Portal.
